Each dress ordered from our site is made from scratch. Generally, we will need 10-20 days to process the order plus 1-2 days to have it checked at the QC department before it is shipped out. Therefore, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

The exact processing time of each garment is variable depending on several factors (e.g. design, fabrics, and complexity). Designs that feature stitching, multiple materials, decorative embellishments, and intricate patterns may require additional time. Rush service is available for most of the year, you can pay an additional $29.99USD at checkout to have your order delivered in 15 business days. The rush fee will increase if there are multiple items in your order. The rush service option will be disabled during our busy season. 

Shipping Time

We don't pack and ship items on Sundays(GMT+8). We work with well-reputed shipping companies, such as UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. Delivery time is based on the shipping method you chose. 

Expedited Shipping

Delivery times are 3-5 Business days to all major destinations. (Shipping time alone)

Standard Shipping
