Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is not easy to pick the perfect dress for your special day, and sometimes you might change your mind. However, all our orders, customized items and standard items are made from scratch. There will be an extra cost if you cancel your order while we are processing your order. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.

If you cancel your order before the beginning of tailoring, you are entitled to get a full refund.
If you cancel your order after the beginning of tailoring, your refund is calculated upon tailoring hours.

An automated email will be sent to inform you of the beginning of the tailoring phase.

Cancelled after 72 hours upon notification of tailoring

Refund: 50% Product purchase price + 100% Shipping cost + 0 Rush fee

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
* The rush fee is non-refundable after 72 hours of order confirmation.
