We understand that it is not easy to pick the perfect dress for your special day, and sometimes you might change your mind. However, all our orders, customized items and standard items are made from scratch. There will be an extra cost if you cancel your order while we are processing your order. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

* The rush fee is non-refundable after 72 hours of order confirmation.
